This exciting FMCG business is searching for a number of individuals for key roles within their sales team. As a Sales Manager / NAM you will be representing household name brands that are leading in their categories, and be fully responsible for your designated account.
You will be tasked with developing collaborative working relationships, ensuring the delivery of the right to the right place at the right time, with a competitive pricing and promotional account plan. You will also need to work cross-functionally, pulling on all resources available to you and developing strategic relationships both internally and externally.
This role would ideally suit a National Account Manager or Sales Manager from a FMCG background who has dealt with multiples and is looking for the next step up. This organisation has a history of only hiring the strongest candidates, so a degree is essential.
Your experience in sales to date should mean that you are a strong communicator and influencer with excellent team working abilities and determination to succeed quickly within your next role.
Previous experience in Health and Beauty or Cosmetics is essential.
