The Regional Sales Manager is targeted to deliver sustainable volume and profit growth by executing the regional Retail & On Trade strategy with all customers whilst managing costs in line with the commercial plan.
This role has a wide veriety of responsibilities including Financial, Service, Consultancy, Activations / Brading and Relationship Management.
You will be responsible for optimising the ROI on trade investment, managing budgets, developing and executive customer business plans, monitoring your area performance against KPIs, providing accurate monthly forecasts and reports and managing contract processes.
You will need to identify customer needs and work with service providers to develop SLAs in order to meet their needs. You will build relationships with key decision makers, manage customer investments, plan solutions to create prioftable change and monitor contract compliance.
You will identify outlets to execute brand promotions, monitor and evaluate activities of event effectiveness and ROI and ensure perfect execution of the activations.
