To support and contribute to the overall development and delivery of the marketing strategy. To assist in the development of the Marketing Strategy and support its execution across each market as directed by the Sales & Trade Marketing Manager - ISM.
5. Key Position Accountabilities
The job holder is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:
Development, implementation & management of all consumer focused clubs across all communication channels including on line, print & internal contacts.
Managing and maintaining the ISM A&P system, ensuring compliance at all levels of the in market teams. To include set-up, budgetary influence & management, monitoring of spend to date vs budget & ensuring ROI goals are clear, tracked and measured. Be the central coordinator of investment levels & spend both internally and externally.
Contribution to key agency pitch proposals, ability to transfer current knowledge of Principal ways of working for the benefit of ISM markets. Confidence to hold commercial discussions with external partners in order to achieve enhanced benefits for the company.
Day to day co-ordination of the updating of essential international business trackers e.g. A&P, FOC, AVQPAP and reporting of the same through to the S&M Manager.
Assisting the management in the generation of business review analysis/presentations for key partner agencies within key markets.
Work with the S&M Manager to plan, cost, analyze and agree the Marketing Plans for each market. This will include the lead brand per channel focus plans per quarter and retail monthly, quarterly and annual promotion plans. Own the generated promotional calendars ensuring the in market team have all information and materials necessary for execution.
Bridge between the International Market teams and the internal teams. Help raise the profile of the International market teams and integrate the work they are doing with key brands.
Assist the S&M Manager and in market teams in working on in-market marketing initiatives through advertising, communication and POS support.
Liaison between the in market teams, Principals & category and brand managers on POS availability to collate and send in product containers to International markets to support distribution, visibility, activation and rate of sale drivers and to support retail promotions for gift with purchase mechanics.
Manage the POS ordering, stock holding & distribution for all export and ISM markets. Provide full liaison and communication through all stages of agreement and implementation of marketing support-activity / marketing action plans and relevant product delivery e.g. FOC's, POS etc.
Assist in the co-ordination & implementations of any promotional activity agreed in conjunction with the Sales Managers, Marketing and/or Category Managers.
Lead in the management of the Social Media Platforms, ensuring our development, enhancement and updates remain on topic. Analytics programs used to measure success, customer engagement, click throughs, reach, likes, shares etc. All communication to be delivered in accordance with brand guidelines.
Identify potential & method to develop on line followers in to actual customers.
Lead in the management of the Creative Marketing team for production of required visuals and with wider marketing teams for creation of updated portfolio design and publishing.
