Retail Gazette, a first for the retail industry’s news, analysis and comment, is seeking proactive interns to support the editor on the news desk.
This minimum 1-month role will see the successful candidate working as a key part of the editorial team, writing comprehensive and high quality NIBs and features.
Our interns are treated like members of staff, and will oversee several areas of the publication from social media to handling calls. You’ll be on a rigorous development programme, given continuous feedback, and leave with a substantial number of articles for your writing portfolio. Also, we take it in turns to make the tea and coffee here!
To be considered for an internship with Retail Gazette, you must possess the following:
- The ability to adapt your writing style to a B2B publication
- The creative flair to turn a press release into compelling copy
- A can-do attitude with no qualms over multi-tasking
- Lots of ideas!
