Job Description

This business is a global, insights B2B telemarketing partner within the Technology Sector.

Being established for nearly 20 years and over 200 employees this business is currently partnering with global technology, telecoms and I.T brands and ultimately creates the demand for their client's products and services through developing and executing intelligent campaigns, across multiple channels.

This is a new and exciting opportunity and reports directly to the Sales Director and is reflective with their ambitious growth plans for the company. This role is suitable for someone who's current or previous role interacts with decision makers, C level and directors of businesses to create sales and revenue result whilst emphasising on a collaborative, consultative approach that is reflective to the business.

The responsibilities include -

  • To develop and manage sales relationships with key clients to achieve their team target .
  • Increasing revenue and profitability and managing margins and being results orientated.
  • Identifying new opportunities with the clients, globally & prepare winning tenders and sales proposals.
  • Build the strategy for each account & Influencing client satisfaction & improving continued best practice.
  • Identify and target senior decision makers
  • Develop effective business and commercial contacts within targeted organisations.
  • The Account Director will act as a positive role model for the organisation & be expected to coach and mentor and pass on his/her knowledge and skills to others.

To be successful in this role -

  • Highly experienced direct sales, B2B Manager or Director within a B2B, direct selling business or agency.
  • Knowledge and experience of the Technology sector ideally from a marketing or telemarketing sector.
  • Extensive new business and account management experience working on multiple accounts.
  • Though this has no direct reports, you must be a role model for the account and sales management team to exceed and drive performance.
  • You must also be someone who can communicates with clarity, using a flexible range of styles to suit the audience.
  • Understands and communicates the direction of the business and the industry and creates a compelling vision and call for action, in line with the company values.
