ROLE:

You will be an experienced retail manager, having previous experience running your own store. Our stores are big; in fact they are huge, up to 60,000 sq.ft to be exact so you will need to have managed a £4m turnover business with 50 - 100 colleagues. We are looking for individuals with passion and energy to drive their teams to deliver exceptional retail standards, maintain maximum availability on the shop floor whilst ensuring colleagues are enjoying what they do and continually developing. You will enjoy being on the shop floor, driving sales and ensuring that our customers receive a great shopping experience.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

Previous store management experience
