Role Details

With more than 50 stores nationwide as well as internationally and plans to increase this over the next two years this is a company that is experiencing a fantastic level of success. It is now recruiting for a equally successful high calibre Assistant Store Manager in Dudley.


The main focus of this role will be to ensure the team achieve and exceed sales targets through KPI’s whilst providing first class customer service. Your daily responsibilities will include carrying out continuous assessment and development of staff, optimising footfall and conversion through effective merchandising and presentation of the store and managing health & safety for
the store.


It is essential that you have a real passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will need experience as an assistant manager or a supervisor in a customer service retail or hospitality background. You must have the ability to implement procedural change, understand store targets and the drivers behind them and have the confidence to coach and give feedback effectively.
