Role Details
Recognised as a leading international retailer, our client is looking for an International Retail Director to come on board and spearhead the development and expansion of the brand.
You will be responsible for:
- Strategic Brand Development
- Business Planning Process
- Deliver Budget P&L
- Maintain & Develop relationships with key suppliers / country distributors
- Team Building, Organisational Development & Succession Planning
- Performance Brand Review - Objectives and Standards
- Property Strategy
To be successful in this role you will have strong commercial retail exposure in the Russian retailing industry. Your track record will demonstrate your strong leadership skills and ability to communicate and manage clearly and effectively.
