Role Details

ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER - LEEDS - RETAIL - £18-£19K + BONUS

A new opportunity has arisen for an Online Customer Services Manager based in Leeds. As the Online Customer Services Manager you should have experience of managing a team to ensure quick responses for online orders and queries - preferably in the retail sector.
Reporting to the Regional Manager and Store Manager you will be responsible for a team
4-5 staff.

The Job:
1. To manage and develop an efficient sales team in order to maximise sales within the online business
and minimise expenditure.
2. To ensure all administration is to the highest standard and follows guidelines.
3. Processing orders, queries, and sales received from online customers - to ensure a speedy response
encouraging repeat business

MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maximise opportunities for sales by use of customer service and high logistic standards.
2. Be responsible for all sales budgets set and ensure all staff are aware of targets.
3. To comply with the law as it applies to retailing, particularly the Sale of Goods Act and company policies
4. Maintain highest standards of Customer Service with regard to handling complaints and after sales service.
5. Effective training and development of the team to uphold customer services standards and policies
6. Performance management of the team
7. Effective communication to all levels of personnel and customers - both written and verbally
8. Ensure the packaging and presentation of deliveries is of a high standard
9. Responsible for customer payment and security of stock
10. All health & safety laws and policies are adhered to.
Key Skills:

- Proven management experience with a online/logistics retail background
- Computer literacy (Spread sheets)
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrable team working skills
- Self motivated and pro active

This is an international retail lifestyle company that has presence in London and major cities in the UK. They are known to have staff who don't want to leave as their style of people management is excellent
Due to expansion they are opening their new Online Customer services in Leeds.

Additional to the salary - in recognition for achieving sales KPI's there is a bonus potential of £2,500 PA.
