Role Details
Berkeley Scott is proud to be working with one of the UK's largest and best known Retail outlets. My client is looking to recruit a Store Manager for their site in Harpenden .Managers would expect a good training programme with the potential to earn a healthy bonus. We are looking for someone with hospitality management/ retail catering background who has had experience in dealing with all aspects of training & development, cost control and someone who is passionate about customer service .
The salary on offer is £18,000 - £20,000, stakeholder pension and up to 30% bonus scheme. If this sounds like the ideal position, then read on.
Job Description
In your role as Store Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective running of your site and leading your team by example.
You have to be passionate about Customer Service with the willingness and ability to train your staff to deliver the highest service standards achievable.
Required Experience
To succeed in this role you must have a proven ability in the following:
* Having run a Coffee outlet or have worked in a retail catering environment
* Fully Financially Accountable
* Staff Recruitment, Training and development
* Stock Control
