Salary - £19,000 - £21,000

Their aim is to take their customers on a journey through Italian regional flavours using only the finest ingredients. This high top end coffee bar/ delicatessen are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager based in West London.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience working in a café/delicatessen as a Kitchen Manager
Experienced knowledge of Italian food (desirable but not essential)
Preparing & organising food orders
H&S control
Able to manage kitchen staff
Being able to manage & conduct regular stock counts
Involved in all aspects of gross profit and wastage control
Good Organisational skills
Following company procedures
Been in a fast paced environment
Experience in preparing Panini’s, salads, cakes and soups
Training and development of staff
