To drive the commerciality & standards of these business units my client is looking for Commercial Managers who can drive sales and profitability by 1st class service and the implementation and delivery of store procedures & process. You must have an understanding of brands & trends and inspiring your team and stylists in order to gain repeat business! You will also have accountability of Profit & Loss, compliances, local marketing & staff management & incentives.
The ideal candidate will come from a 1 to 1 sales focused environment; preferably from a fast paced retail or salon background.
