Experience
• Some experience with Microsoft Excel and Word. Ideally some administrative experience would be beneficial but on the job training is provided therefore not essential
• Provide clerical back up and admistrative support to the merchandise team and contribute to the successful fulfillment of stock availability.
Responsibilities• Photocopy and distribute performance reports.
• Maintain department filing systems.
• Understand the purpose of department analysis and update and maintain as required.
• Be able to operate and understand computer systems.
• Update and maintain the MDA and understand the importance of it accuracy.
• Liaise with suppliers delivery information.
• Update size analysis and work out size ratio’s
• Update delivery schedules with correct intake figures from Mercatus (GRN’S)
• Update Master style file
• Maintain the Mecartus order and commitment system.
• Process markdowns and promotions on system.
• Update line monitors with sales, stock and commitment information.
• Be aware of the department sales forecasts on a weekly basis.
• Liaise with Import department where relevant.
• Liaise with distribution on anticipated intake
