FASHION SALES ASSOCIATE
Part Time
Westfield, WHITE CITY

Main purpose:
To provide the highest standards of customer service at all times, promoting the image of the brand in order to maintain and maximise on shop sales targets
Reporting to: Store Manager
Key Responsibilities
Tasks/Skills required
Customer Care & Service Standards
•To know, understand and uphold the brand’s customer care standards.
•To show an understanding of customer profiles and sales techniques.
Product Knowledge
•To provide accurate and informed product knowledge on all sales.
•To build up knowledge of specialist areas, such as denim, shoes etc.
Sales Performance
•To work as part of a team to achieve & exceed shop targets.
•To source regular clients, generate new business.
•To recommend new sales ideas for the store.
Cash Handling/Shop Security
•To ensure that all sales transactions are processed in an accurate and timely fashion.
•To observe the company cash handling procedures and process all sales in line with these.
•To observe company security policy and act in line with these.
Housekeeping/Merchandising
•To help to create & maintain the high standards of store/concession appearance in line with company policy.
•To know, understand & demonstrate visual merchandising guidelines.
Team-working
•To develop & maintain the good working relationships with colleagues.
•To fully participate in team meetings.
•To be proactive in suggesting methods to improve the performance of the shop & identify new business opportunities.
•To assist/advise & help train others & deputise for other work colleagues in their absence.
Shop Administration
•To process deliveries & stock movements in line with the company guidelines.
•To observe all company Health & Safety guidelines/regulations.
